Brioche aux pralines roses

130 milk
250 flour T55
15 yeast / 5 dry
40 sugar
5 salt
1 egg
40 butter
250 pralines roses

dissolve yeast in warm milk (38)
add egg salt and sugar
mix
add flour
mix roughly

rest 15 minutes

add butter and knead until smooth

rise 1 hour

make three balls

rest 15 minutes

roll in pralines

rise 1 hour

brush with milk

180 - 30 minutes
